		<description>Thanks for the link to the screencast, I put that together for the Inuda team and they&#039;re seeing increased conversions to their email alerts service and fewer support emails as a result.
Once the new HowSociable site is up I&#039;ll produce a new video and possibly I&#039;ll go into more depth on brand research.
